The major ports are half manned because of covid restrictions.

Literally these dumb fuks have created an artificial bottleneck.

Correct. It has massively affected my company. Record demand with 1/2 staffed ports. It pisses me off to no end.

After COVID ravages the entire world we can have a glorious "new normal" and then shift the focus to climate. Then corporations who dump gallons of waste per second can talk down to average Joe for eating a burger and not sorting his recycling, as if he even comes close to making a dent on even a day of dumpage from any corp talking down to him does. Just like they spent a year talking down to anyone socializing, not wearing a mask, not getting experimental vaccinations, and so forth. (But cheering for people rioting en-masse, and saying that doesn't spread it.)

shhh - don't spoil their plans. they have to punish the consumer...

sad thing is lefties will eat it up. then get tattoos and post social media how they are "doing their part" and get mad at anyone who doesn't follow suit while their supposed hate for large corps are the ones playing puppet master to this easily indoctrinated weak minded individuals.

NJ is dropping mask requirements starting Friday. Pretty much everything is open now
June 15th is our "open back up" day. Basically if you've been vaccinated you are good to go. If you haven't you will still be required to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines. Thank goodness I identify as a vaccinated individual!
