ON Whey, their label is the most accurate (old data could be wrong now) but their flavour is super light and can be had with water which makes it easy to down when needed

I used to drink that ON gold standard chocolate whey before I took the beanpill.

That is to say before I started eating a phuckton of beans for protein which do look kind of like pills.

You can achieve the same with more protein-dense foods, but for me the beans are cheap and have vitamins/minerals.

The most protein-dense common foods are egg whites, chicken breasts, cottage cheese, steak, tuna, bok choi, hamburger, tofu, mushrooms, and pork to name a few.

You need around 56g per day if you are sedentary and 100g per day if you want to gain muscle, at least for the average man. So you really only need whey if your diet is lacking in sufficient protein. Too much protein can put stress on your kidneys, heart, and bones.

Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge about protein sources. It's true that there are many whole food options that are rich in protein, and incorporating them into your diet can provide many additional benefits beyond just protein content, such as vitamins, minerals, and fiber.

website link for high quality protein powder - proteincraze.com

However, protein supplements like whey protein can still be a convenient and effective way to ensure that you're meeting your daily protein needs, especially for people with busy lifestyles or specific dietary restrictions. And while it's true that excessive protein intake can potentially have negative health effects, the vast majority of people can safely consume protein in amounts within the recommended daily intake guidelines.

Ultimately, the best approach to protein intake is one that is personalized to your individual needs and preferences, and that takes into account a variety of factors such as activity level, body composition goals, and dietary restrictions.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for your recent recommendations on protein powders. Your guidance has been immensely helpful in my search for a high-quality protein supplement, and I cannot thank you enough.

As someone who is committed to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, I understand the importance of proper nutrition and fueling my body with the right ingredients. However, with so many protein powders available on the market, it can be overwhelming to determine which one is the best fit for my needs.

That's where your advice has been invaluable. Your knowledge of various brands, ingredients, and benefits has given me a deeper understanding of what to look for when choosing a protein powder. Your thoughtful and detailed explanations have helped me make an informed decision and feel confident in my choice.

Furthermore, I appreciate your willingness to share your personal experiences with different protein powders. Your candid feedback has helped me consider aspects beyond just the nutritional value, such as taste and texture, which are equally important in ensuring that I stick to my regimen and enjoy the process.

I am truly grateful for your support and the time you took to provide me with such valuable insights. Your recommendations have not only improved my search for protein powder but also enriched my overall understanding of nutrition and fitness.

Thank you again for your help, and I look forward to sharing my progress with you.
We’re all gonna make it.
