So, I usually don’t crap at work but if I do there’s a 100% chance I’m going to use the handicap stall. Just more room, feels better, don’t have to worry about shoe detectives, etc. This morning when I was coming out my boss was taking a piss and I didn’t think anything of it. Fast forward 15 minutes…

”jtaylor2010 we really want to try and keep the handicap stall open in case anyone needs it”

“But there’s no one here that’s handicap”

“Yeah but we never know when visitors may need access to it”

“Well there are other bathrooms on this floor”…was going to/possibly should’ve told him that I’m a really quick crapper when I want to be, but was kind of caught off guard by the whole thing

“But you understand the problem. Imagine when you have to go really bad…you don’t want to have to go to the next bathroom. Now think about having to do that if you’re handicapped to make matters worse. Just because we don’t have handicapped people working here that doesn’t mean you park in their parking spaces do you?”


At this point I realized it was a waste of time. Probably could’ve wrecked his poverty logic but it still wouldn’t matter so I just said “yeah, that makes sense. No big deal”.


The main thing that bothers me is that I’m 87% sure he’s just saying that because he likes to use that stall, so now I don’t know what to do. Should I just try to bust him using it? If I figure out his daily crap schedule it should be pretty easy, but if I follow him in a few times and he’s only peeing then it’s gonna look really weird. I also considered pissing on the seat in that stall, but this beef is between me and him so I don’t really want to hurt anyone not involved. This could be minimized by learning his schedule and doing it before he goes in there, but that significantly increases the chances that he’ll catch me peeing in there, and if he’s already been in there after I’ve done it before he’ll know it’s me doing it. I could just ignore it and keep using it anyway and hope he doesn’t notice again. Or, I could purposefully follow him in there and go plop right back down in the handicap stall and start taking a giant crap to assert my dominance. Kind of torn about how to handle this so I’m open to suggestions regarding any of those options and any others that I haven’t considered yet.

I dunno, I think the handicapped stalls are up for grabs, but the actual restrooms reserved for handicapped and/or "family" restrooms w/full diaper changing setups should be avoided by normies.

Those stalls are so that handicap people have access to a toilet, not exclusive rights to them. The parking spots OP's boss referred to are "reserved" for people who are handicap (i.e. they have the exclusive rights to those spots). The bathrooms are simply handicap accessible. It's not designed so that handicap people don't ever have to wait to take a chit.

Say like, "not all handicaps are visible, i will talk with HR and legal on the implications of you forbidding me from the handicap stall with regards to the Americans with Disabilities Act"



Or you could just ask him if he is willing to shoot his demands to you in writing over email so you have them for your records. He will obviously refuse and then you just tell him well i guess it wasnt an official request then.
