Does imagining a hot girl making explosive diarrhea when approaching actually work?

When hitting on a hot girl, does it really help to make yourself appear more alpha if you imagine her having the worst explosive diarrhea in her life. Like some real stomach flu, bloody diarrhea, and wet fart style chit? Does it make you more confident? Was thinking of trying this but it kinda turned me on more if anything...
