anyone ever bought a juicer only to find out
how insanely expensive it is to even go on a 2 week juice fast.
commercials always show the juice flowing out of the machine little do people know....hardly as advertised

Not worth it for a bodybuilder. A health nut stay at home type could definitely benefit though. Juicing lets you megadose the good stuff. Whole Foods makes their own fresh pressed juice, it's expensive but I would personally find it worth it for long term health if I regularly went to Whole Foods.

... but one of my solutions for shakes is to use frozen ingredients. Usually for me, avocado and/or blue berries, with a small handful of fresh kale or spinach. If anyone is disgusted, don't be, I dump enough cocoa powder in there to the point you only taste it and wouldn't even guess there were fruits or veggies in it.

Only annoying part is the cleaning like everyone else has said.
I didn't think it was very costly though in terms of groceries. Sure you'd have to probably go every week though.

Juicing is ghey
Use a nutribullet style blender (less air = better), dump a bunch if fruits, a little bit of fruit juice, some water, a tinge of aspartame and 2 scoops of isopure No Flavor
MASTERPIECE smoothie of the KANGZ
