For the last 8-10 months it was crazy in my town. But mainly from people upgrading houses, nobody new moving in. Where I live is basically propped up by a big college, and normally this is about the time people would start moving to town to get ready for the fall semester and it's been crickets in that regard. I don't know any actual numbers, just going by what I see at work (insurance). Noticed the last month or two that houses in my neighborhood were sitting longer, as well. Probably going to start slowing down everywhere else too, can't keep up forever.

Dunno much about the current market and where it's heading, but one of my investment homes went up ~80k in the past year. Thinking of selling and waiting for prices to drop, not sure if it's a good idea though since prices are increasing almost daily right now.
