Yes I can....I think everyone should learn how to drive stick. Used to valet for different hotels back in the day...You would be amazed how many people lied in their resume or interview that they knew how to drive stick, and when it came to it they would struggle to get into 2nd gear lmao!

Also...in for the copypasta choo choo!

nah but would learn if I had the R8 powertrain mated with that particular gated shifter. Otherwise most "supercars" now have those auto-shifter paddles on the wheel

When I was 16 I was chronically in trouble, and my parents wouldn't let me drive their cars, so I bought a crappy manual Toyota Corolla off my cousin for $350 (srs). He took me around the block and showed me how manual works, and sent me on my way home 30 min where I learned to drive stick. I think I stalled 20 times on that drive home, but I figured it out on that ride.

I was riding three wheelers, motorcycles & racing shifter Karts when I was old enough to walk. Both of my main cars are 6-speeds, and I will NOT need sell them for that reason.

There is nothing more pleasing to me than running through the gears on some country road!

No. I’ve never owned a manual car and never really tried to learn. I don’t really see the point. Most cars are automatic now. Soon they’ll be self driving.

Edit: I know how to use manual mode on my automatic lol

Yes, that's what I originally learned to drive with, but I do think it's a bit silly how some act like it's some sort of measure of manhood.

Yes, learning to ride a bike is harder. Not sure why so many people think its some kind of special personality trait or something. 99% of the time a modern automatic is better at everything including performance.
“The Misc. is a stone-faced Uncle Sam with Popeye’s forearms and a cocked pistol in each hand. It’s a screeching bald eagle with a foreign Bad Thing in its talons. It’s everything that defines America’s bro culture, magnified and weaponized. But it’s deeper than that.“
