We all know the golden era of punk was basically against the establishment.


We’ve seen a few threads now such as ‘RACIST SEXIST BOY’ by the terrible Asian girl so called ‘punk’ band


Now the “nobody’s heard of us so we want to capitalize for publicity” band reeeeeing that non vax ppl will be expected to pay $999.


What would a modern F establishment and screw your pretend authority real punk be against? Or for? Is every form of rock dead in a sense that all the cool stuff had been done?


I like some metal and it’s fun to play but the constant growling is cringe and pointless for me. I miss the message on that stuff. Very fun instrumentally but that’s it.

Punk has always been F the establishment, F the government, F you I won't do what you tell me. A real punk band would invite people with COVID and let them spit in their mouths, then take them back stage and rawdawg.
