Q for Hutrapper

There are a few juvenile rabbits living under my back porch deck. My wife goes out there and summons the rabbits to come out from under the deck with baby carrot pieces. We can stand about 5 feet away from them while they eat carrots.

We both saw a hawk fly down and catch a baby rabbit, then fly off with it. We could both hear the sound a rabbit makes when it is attacked by a hawk.

Wife wants me to shoot the hawks.

What to do?

Hutrappers assistant checking in. Don't interfere with the cycle of life *******. Hawks gotta eat too. Also, those things breed like crazy. Do you want 100 of those things in your yard?
