IIT: How to actually prevent hair loss

Srs actual science and LOGIC in here. Not just regurgitated textbook crap that's been paid for by the rockefellers

edit: ITT: people who dont want to take responsibility for their health and instead blame it all on genetics and call the video bro science without pointing out a single mistake he made. nobody is saying you can overcome your genetics. obviously you wont find people 100 years old with a head full of thick hair.

TL;DR: There is no magic bullet. It's a lifestyle change. Here's what you do:

- Prevent further damage via toxicity like certain medicines and junk foods that increase toxicity and autoimmune symptoms in the body. Also like filtering the fluoride and chlorine out of your water, both the water you drink and shower with. Berkey filters are great. Best option is clean spring water

- lower your cortisol/stress levels (also good for weightlifting), cortisol interferes with skin regeneration as well

- Avoid damaging your skin flora via products like many medicines that do nothing but hide your sickness by suppressing your symptoms, many household cleaning products, antibacterials, many cosmetic products

- Ingest actual, good nutrition that promotes hair growth. Stop eating junk food all the time that's just freakin empty calories. Instead, eat organic, locally grown foods, raw dairy from a sanitary farm that knows what theyre doing, reduce omega 6 increase omega 3, eat antioxidant rich foods, eat foods high in cartenoids

- Remove whatever toxic elements you have in your body already from heavy metals

- Topical treatments like home made shampoo/conditioner with coconut oil, some sort of onion juice routine, organic shea butter, aloe vera juice, watch the vid for more and for explanation

- supplement with Vitamin D (better yet get some sun) and Vitamin K2, L-Cartinine, more

Chiropractors should always be the first you look to for advice on hair loss.

Chiropractor ≠ Science and Logic

Normally I don't look at chiropractors AT ALL for anything. But Dr. John Bergman is an exception.

Your reply is not logical: the doc brought his sources and evidences for his advice, which you have seemingly not examined at all

the guy comes with sources and evidences, and instead of showing how they are faulty, you attack his title.... notsureifsrs

Just pause the vid and read through the slides in the first 10min of the video, at your own pace. Only takes a few min.

things you can do is

It is a VERY beneficial video. At the very least play it in the background while you work!

These two posts pretty much destroys OP's broscience vid.

How do they contradict each other? One poster is saying that he knows a guy who has a NW0 despite an unhealthy lifestyle and the other is saying he's made hair gains from HT+fin/minox and NOT from changing his diet, lifestyle, etc. like your post suggests. I'd be willing to bet if you're genetically prone to androgenetic alopecia, a change in lifestyle and diet isn't gonna reverse or slow down the balding process.

lolno. This has been debunked a decade ago, at least. My maternal grandfather and all of his sons went bald before they were 30. I am 34 and still have a NW2.

lmao "it's genetics" is cope. In the hairloss world everything that cannot be easily explained is dismissed with "hurr durr genetics"

brb moms side has full hair
brb dads side has full hair
brb I'm bald
brb "well there must have been someone in your lineage who was bald and the gene just skipped a generation or 7."

brb moms side was bald
brb dads side was bald
brb full head of hair
brb "Well it skips a generation"

From my own research there are a multitude of reasons why you would lose your hair. From hormones (stress, adrenal, NOT DHT) to hypothyroidism, to nutrient toxicities or deficiencies. OP have you watched any of Danny Roddy's videos? He is a big proponent of hypothyroidism being a contributor to hairloss.I started taking a thyroid complex and regrew a good amount of hair, dead srs.

Its genetics.

Yes, enviornmental aspects do contribute in terms of how quickly or slow it happens, but the reaper ultimately looks at your dna.

Example: 2 of my teammates in college were half brothers, shared same dad.

The lived and trained together. Ate The same meals, drank the same water, took mostly the same courses.

One was thinning hard by senior year, the other nw0.

Its all about your mothers side genetics

yes androgens make you go bald. nobody is saying that you will die at 100 years old with a head full of hair. but there are other factors at play.

obviously the point is that much of hair loss is due to your own actions. You haveresponsibilityover your health. Dont cope and blame it all on genetics while you go sip your diet large coke to wash down your 2nd big mac. this stuff affects your hair too.

best way to prevent hair loss is to be born native american (ded fkn srs). they are a result of survival of the fittest; only the most alpha superior lion's mane genetics survived. srs-MPB is very rare with those people

All bunk. I use azelaic acid, derma roll, and minoxidil. Might go to doc about some prescription stuff but other than that I don't think much works.
