Coworker is supposed to be doing work in another room but keeps wanting to do my work

Coworker that talks about tik tok and anime every day was told by my supervisors to do work in another room but he keeps coming up to me telling me not to do all of my work and to save for him. He's done this like 10 times and my supervisors know about it that's why they have him in the other room. Why is this happening?

It's like people now days feel the need to dictate others

We didn't know at the time but EOD's actual 'work' was solving the 2012 multi dimensional time loop glitch. Once he got the equations right, he left us for ever. And I for one am quite sad about that.
