LOL sister making it big for being a sloot!

So get this... my sister married her long time BF from HS. like 5 years dating since HS. he purposed. he had saved enough money to put a down payment on a house himself (40k) but put the title in both their names when they took out the mortgage for a 350k 3 bedroom bi-level (they went in together but he had the down payment). 1.5 years later she cheats on him for a 2nd time (sloots gonna sloot) after he even took her back but decided to divorce. Since the house title is in both their names they have to split the profit 50/50. Cuz corona and hot house market the house sold for 575k (he did upgrade some stuff too) after 3 years of ownership. So shes walking off with bout 100k profit even tho she only "helped out" when she cood - only being a part time worker making bout 20k a year. JUST LOL

uhhh unless they signed a prenup who's name is on the title doesnt mean **** anyway. Once you get married you are already pretty much accepting 50/50 split if you divorce unless you're willing to pay extremely high lawyer fees for POSSIBLY make that ratio a LITTLE less.

That's why I tell you dumb misc fukks not to marry some skank who doesnt work/makes little money. Too many wannabe alpha males on here who think its alpha to "provide for your wife" then they get cheated on/divorced 5-10 years later and lets see how alpha it is when she walks away with 50% of everything.

No thanks Jeff, I only chose to relationship women who made as much or more than me.

I only know of one couple in Michigan (it’s where I learned of infidelity laws), female cheated, she only got to keep her jewelry and a vehicle. She had to fight for the vehicle as a form of transportation for work and school.

She was also slapped with a felony.

Don’t know the details other than husband caught her in the act and their home security system also caught the male coming into their home to sleep with the guy’s wife.
