Last time I read a post by him was like 2 months ago, the guy was on like 1700 daily cals and feeling like ****, around 5 weeks out. Mind you he’s like a 250 lb beast.


I even think he had some health problems, he was complaining about feeling like death and not being able to do anything. It’s normal to feel that way 2-1 weeks out but not before that


I wonder did he even compete? Sounded like he was going a bit too hard on his prep
