It would have to be a very well funded organization to shut down a power grid in the US.
Definitely outside of whats possible for some rogue autist with an internet connection.
The russians could though, same with the chinese. Although, the US can just as easily do the same thing back.

For those who don't know, these "rehearsal scenario" conferences are how the globalists plan their attacks, and disseminate instructions on how to respond to the NGOs and agencies i.e. Event 201 in late 2019 was the pre-planning for Covid-19.
Know you know why every agency/NGO seems to want to take the same drastic action/have the same talking points seemingly immediately after a "crisis".

We need to spend more on infrastructure. Why does the power grid need to be connected to the internet? Instead, connect it directly to whatever external resources it needs. We shouldn't use public internet for any critical infrastructure. This will make it impossible to hack from the outside. We spend trillions on garbage, might as well spend a bit on this and protect all of our critical resources from the outside.

TLDR: USA/ISRAEL created a worm awhile ago that shutdown iran's nuclear facilities and destroyed more than half of their ability to produce nuclear weapons. It ended up infecting like 9% of the world's computers. Was buried beneath the operating system. Impossible to get rid of. Fortunately, it was only programmed to mess with a very specific machinery(super centrifuges) but there's no reason it couldn't **** with any other driver's for machines such as sewage treatment, electrical grid, etc. Stuxnet worm is probably the world's most sophisticated software and the first cyber super weapon to exist.

One of the speakers was saying that they had performed a critical infrastructure study for the US federal government that showed electricity generation for 1/2 of the eastern US could be disrupted if 1 specific train bridge was damaged or otherwise out of service. It would interrupt coal deliveries to a few plants which would trigger a cascade failure of that half of the grid.
None of this stuff is as rock solid as we like to think.
