I highly doubt people can just get this fat without mental issues or something actually wrong. I get that people pushing 40 bmi are probably fat slobs but if you combine being a fat slob with some real issue, you're gonna get 500+lbs.

No normal person CRAVES 10k calories a day, period.

Mental issues? Most likely. I mean people let themselves go when depressed.
But you also gotta ask how people who are rich and famous end up depressed. They have access to everything. Surely he could've gotten in shape and work on his inner demons.
Then again you have celebrities who off themselves so who knows. Some people are just not strong enough to survive in this world. Especially if they succumb under those circumstances.
