Swapped out whey for canned salmon. I just scoop it from the can then slog it back with water, its nasty as fuk but far superior to whey

I alternate between Dymatize, ON, PES and Bodybuilding Signature .

The Oatmeal Cookie flavor is really fuking good srs, I have it on auto shipments cause I go through it so fast

Lol at all the *******s itt that are too good for protein powder. I fookin scarf meat like wild animal but I still have a nice protein shake made with milk as my dessert.

Currently I got Goldstandard because it was on sale buy one get one 50% off.

Best tasting is synathsix.
