Biggest 'health' demotivating black pill

Two professional soccer athletes (brothers) die in their 20's of a heart attack, yet Donny2Yucky, gorges himself with fast food and pounds down vodka every night at a body weight of 300 lbs and is still alive.

Kind of makes you wonder "what's the point?" as you prepare to do your cardio session followed by making a healthy dinner.

Logical fallacy.

You're always better doing something that puts you in a favorable probability regardless of outliers.

It's also about quality of life. Some 300 lb alcoholic will feel like dog**** 24x7, while someone that does cardio regularly will feel great most of the time.
