Anyone else do IF?
How do you do it? I’m trying to cut on clean foods and it’s tough for me cuz I’m always hungry AF. So I’m trying IF and it seems to be going ok. I have a protein shake when I wake up, then I eat the rest of my calories between 6-9. About 2,000 total at the moment. Am I doing it rite?

It’s not IF if you drink protein shakes in the morning.
I do If every day for cutting, maintaining, bulking, doesn’t matter. It’s the GOAT. Human bodies weren’t designed to be eating every 3 hours, that’s why everyone’s such a Fatass nowadays

"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

Used to do it, and skip meals first part of the day and only eat later. Planning on doing it again but with the opposite approach
I think the best approach is to eat earlier in the day, so you get longer time to fast before sleep so the body is in a more fasted state while sleeping.
A study seemed to indicate that people who eat right before bed had higher cancer rates than people who did not. Perhaps it had something to do with body not having to take care of digestion while sleeping but rather on cleaning and repairing itself thoroughly

I do but I’m also on keto so it just kind of comes naturally.
But, yeah like Ken said you’re technically not in a fasted state once you drink the protein shake, so it makes sense that you’re hungry till 6pm

Conditional Statements. A conditional statement (also called an If-Then Statement) is a statement with a hypothesis followed by a conclusion. Another way to define a conditional statement is to say, “If this happens, then that will happen.” The hypothesis is the first, or “if,” part of a conditional statement.
