Post your rescue pet <3
Digging through some old paperwork and found my kittens paper work from when I got him. I can’t believe he’s 13 months now. In the middle picture he is 2 months old. That’s when I got him. His little eyes were crusted shut and he was a runt and didn’t get enough food as a wee lad. Now he’s a healthy fine looking man.

Rescue boy on the right. Couldn't find his before pic, used to be so skinny.
We found out after we got him that he doesn't like other dogs (he wasn't at the shelter for long before we got him), but he's inseparable with our first dog

This is The Butcher. We rescued him at the age of 6 months. He came to us with a gang of problems most notably being born with one eye, and eventually losing said eye. This dude has awoken a very cold dead part of me, and I truly love him more than life itself.

Rescued these 2 kitties from a site I worked on, they were mom/daughter combo. I picked up lots of dead cats over the years from this site (lots of automated equipment) and these 2 were the only ones smart enough to keep near the break room.

Covid hit and it was a good time to take in some kitties so the wife and I did just that. Super easy to catch, almost like they wanted to be taken.

The 2 girls enjoying some home life

Turns out the younger one was pregnant and we had 4 kittens! We ended up keeping one, so we have 3 generations of kitties now.

Best Friends (Grandma and baby)

Rescue crew. I foster failed with my doggo from the rescue that I volunteered with for years. I've also taken in several cats from the streets in the past. People know I'm a sucker so my friends would be like "hey a friend of mine found a kitten, can you take it?" lol

Don’t know if anyone cares to see a non canine or feline rescue but I did rescue an abused and neglected homobeige chinchilla. Likely due to all she has been through the previous owner tried to breed her but she never produced babies. Had fought or rather was attacked by cage mates and has permanent furr loss from slips, stress chewing and fighting.
I have volunteered at exotic rescues, a boxer rescue, and a few other dog rescues. Oh and I work with a chinchilla, ferret and hedgehog rescue. The facility has some guinea pigs now.
I’m actually FWC and few other licensed Lol. I’m able to work with native wildlife too. Just got to handle some amazing creatures. They are animal wonders.
But yes. In short I own a 7 year old chinchilla rescue pet. I don’t own any other rescue animals but I love to explore and support different ones.

Rescued both from the streets when they were small.
One was crying alone near my house. The other, 4 of them I fed as pups, rescued this one, other 2 was taken by pound, the other was poisoned by someone. Sigh.
No one here cares for them cuz they got no breed.

.The rescue. She’s a homo. Homo-beige is the technical name for any chinchilla with beige fur. And red eyes. There are beige chinchillas with black eyes too in fact that’s more common. Those are called hetero-Beigh chinchillas.
Black Is straight, red is gay I! I dunno lol.
Cats are cool too. I at one time had 2 beautiful Persians or do they were called beautiful from any guest who’d seen or got to know them complimented them . Never permanently replaced them after they died and for years (2015ish) I stopped handling cats all together. Now I’m allergic when I’m near one.

Imgur did not compute except to tell me useful to screw everybody. 144. Cuz Penn State said that was like some cys child protective services type ish. Is true Idk where that came from or how that happened at all. Dude from phub is screwed.
Idk why they’re so reluctant to do it anyways I tried to do that for the girls all these people are acting like their subjecting me to abuse is helping me? Like I was molested as a kid the things I did to try to protect these girls is insane as fuk. I didn’t even know what I was getting into with regards tj trauma level. Then ti just end up having dems act like it was something else? Not to mention this 4:14 ish? What?
