What height does tall begin?
The world population is constantly growing in height. I'd say anything less than 6'1 isn't tall these days, 5'11-6'0 is slightly above average but not really tall enough to stand out in most crowds. Really tall begins at 6'4.

In Holland you have to be 6'4 to be considered tall. At 5'10 you're a legit manlet there.

In the US? Probably 6'2". I'm 6'3" now and I get loads of "wow you're tall" so I figure that's a decent benchmark.
It is all relative tho like another poster said. I was in China and I was easily the tallest person at the club by a wide margin.

6’4” barefoot is when you stand out. I’m just shy of 6’3” barefoot and anytime I meet someone who is a legit 6’4” or above they’re noticeably larger than the average person.

Of course misc will say 7’9” or something but truthfully it’s 6’+. If you are 6 or over you have the ability to date most women since they just want to be shorter than you. No e stat, I’m 6’1 and even measured at 6’2 a few time at dr offices with shoes on. I’ve been called tall by lots of people. 6’ guys do fine in the dating pool as long as they’ve got a good face too.
