$1855 including insurance and property tax. It was $2415 before we refinanced for a lower interest rate and dropped the PMI.

About 3.50k/month on a 30 year. Actually accurate. There’s 690k left on the property, which I took over from my dad. A lot less than what he paid off already. The maintenance and utilities hit my wallet harder than the mortgage. It’s a unique situation though, because my wife/kids and I live with my parents and sister. Mom and sister are disabled, and they need us around. The property is, in our area, uniquely handicap accessible. Those are our circumstances, so probably not applicable to what most miscers are comparing/posting.
