Is my new computer cockblocking me?

I'm trying to download utorrent but when I run the installation app, I get this error.

da fuk?



There is only one account on this computer, and I am administrator. Even if I right click it and Run as Administrator, same result. ideas? reps

turn off the firewall. same thing happened with my windows 10 and MS office activator

Ok so I turned off the domain, the private, and the public profile firewalls. Idk what any of this means, but it still didn't work.

it's windows defender blocking it probably. i don't recommend disabling defender. google your issue and find out how to unblock (assuming that's the case)
