Hit me in the feels......

Gotta realize you only have this one body, don't fuk it up with bullchit......stay healthy brahs.

This hit me hard because I have never stayed overnight at a hospital, at my heaviest I was 460+ lbs, never had a cavity, surgery, nothing medically scary at all. I feel like I'm due for something big. I only hope it doesn't prevent me from going to the gym and being active.
