I use the sleep space app. It has a white noise mask to use while sleeping and the awakening tone starts very faint and gradually gets louder.

Just lol if you don't have a philips wake up light. Brb wake up naturally to the light that mimics a sunright slowly over time.. No loud noise, no rude awakening. Just peaceful natural waking up.
