I'm going with 1 gram per lb of lean body mass. I have ALWAYS looked better and lifted heavier with higher protein. (150-200 grams @ 170-200lbs). Take that for what it's worth.

Yeah if you eat carbs to fill those cals. If you fill with fat your physique will suffer. High protein high carbs low fat yields the best results.

Yes that's probably enough. Super high protein diets have diminishing returns and are generally not worth the cost or calories.

It’s on the low end I aim for like .7-.8g per 1lb body weight

So like 130-145 should be minimum

No for two reasons

1) it needs to be at least 350g

2) bodybuilding.com will go bankrupt if you don't buy protein to meet dat dere 1.5g/lbs scientifically proven target

In other words, if you only care about building muscle, and not the longevity of the misc, then it's... almost enough.

Like others said 0.7-0.8 g/lbs is sufficient. Bump it up a little bit but don't sweat it.

I'm 210

If I eat less than 250g-280g protein, I maintain

If I eat 281-325g protein a day, I gain about 1lb muscle a week

So...

Asking and arguing is useless.

Just eat a target, consistent number, measure, and adjust.

~.8-1g/lean body mass.

So a 200lb person @ 10% would need around 144-180grams

More than enough, you could probably put on more than enough muscle at like 100g/day.

Yes, as long as the total calorie intake is high enough to support muscle growth.
