Thinking about trying NoFap

What's the longest you guys have gone and what were the benefits?

I'm sure I've had breaks of several weeks when banging regularly but I've never done it systematically.

Just broke over a month's nofap yesterday. Wasn't even that satisfying srs, was just bored af. Honestly wasn't even hard (no jizz intended). I usually max out my sessions with stoned fapping so once I stopped with the smoking I had no desire to fap srs.

If you wanna do it I'd suggest doing noporn and less fap. Like fap maybe once a week or something to just pics or your imagination or some sht. I got no gym in cuckronto so I was legit raging hard man, not to mention it may make you do stupid sht if you're a noob like go phuk an ugly sloot or w/e.

I'm at about 3 weeks now. I'm not really "doing NoFap" I'm just not fapping. In all honesty I notice no difference what so ever from my usual life where I'd whack off maybe every other day.
