Help me identify what is the problem and how to fix ? Lower back tightness

I've been having this issue since i started lifting, or maybe i had it before but because i didnt have no muscle it wasnt that obvious but after i started lifting i felt it way more.

There is/are some muscle or muscles in my right lower back ( towards the exterior ) that are tight as fk or are too active because whenever i do any activity for longer periods of time that involve bending down, standing, walking i can feel them getting tight as fk / overworked to the point where i need to go sit down. I can feel like this part of the body is always tight...

I am having problems identifying the reason for this tightness or what muscle is the problem... i noticed that when i do dumbbell side bends for my right side that is when i feel it the most.

Because of this issue i have some instabilities as well in my lower back, hip area, it feels like my right hip is pulled up and is higher than my left hip and it feels like my hip is shifted to the left.

Also, my right lat has the same issue, when i do any type of pulling motion it overpowers the other muscles and i can feel only my lat working, compared to my left where it feels balanced.

I tried stretching my lat but it doesnt offer any relief, i just bought a vibrating foam roller and it feels great when it put it on that spot but the relief doesnt last for long..

Any ideas ?
