Record Breaking Heat Wave

Unusually warm for this time of year. Gonna exceed 110F this week in Vegas. Death Valley is gonna peak at 124F

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

It doesn't feel record-breaking though... I remember California summers in my youth that were much worse. I remember last summer it was so hot that the rubber suction cup on the phone mount in my car had melted into a goo....
