Julius Maddox 200lb dumbbells for 20 reps

I know he's a bloatlord so it's technically like half his body bodyweight, but even so, still absurdly strong. Inb4 every miscer and their grandma uses 200lb dumbbells for reps.
“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Think he needs to find a bench that will hold him. Something a little wider, and longer.

Definitely. It looks a bit ridiculous seeing a guy so big on a bench so small lol.

JFC. I don't think we will ever see someone capable of pressing like JM again, unless they make some kind of miraculous breakthroughs in cellular technology, I'm talking like 8g+++

Kirill at his peak was close. And that dude didn’t even try. And was younger as well. Had the all time bench record at 26. That’s not even your prime as a lifter

its a lot easier with dumbells since a lot if the bar is missing effectively, you also arent pushing against gravity in the same way

Julius is ridiculously strong. If someone could actually train him to fix some technique flaws and he would listen he could probably bench 900. If he ever decided to put one of those band shirts on he could probably bench 1500+ like it was nothing.

- brb a 1100 lb deadlift from a 400 lb strong man isn't impressive (2.75x BW deadlift)
- brb a 600 lb deadlift from a 150 lb powerlifter is more impressive because P4P it's better (4x BW)
- hint: the latter is not more impressive than the former, according to misc logic the strongman would need to deadlift 1600 lbs for it to be equivalent

Saying "pound for pound" is cope for being small and weak.

Pound for pound, if you had a tree on top of you and needed help getting it off, you choosing a bloatlord with an 800 bench or a twink with a 300 bench?

here come the bloat copers

yes the 600 lb deadlift is way more impressive from the 150lb powerlifter. he still looks like a twink though. it's still more impressive from a 200 lb guy and he won't look like a fat bloatloard

If you are 450 lbs and go to the gym ofc you should be able to bench 200 lb dumbells, it's less than half your weight

how is a 185 lb jacked guy lifting 125s not more impressive? he's stronger and looks better and won't die of heart disease later in life

LMAO at tree example, brb stuck under a tree in the woods wish I had the bloatmoggers to help me, great scenario

U wot m8? Kirill beat the previous WR by 16.5# and called it quits. Maddox has since beaten that record 3 times in competition, with his current WR being 41.5# higher. At that level of competition being up >40# is absolutely not "close" as you say. And JFL at thinking Kirill didn't have to try to get there...
