There’s more than one way to use the leg press properly. Unfortunately most people do neither.

I sometimes put my feet high and wide to work the adductors and hamstrings more. And prioritize really get good depth when I do these.

And for quads I put my feel low on the pad on more narrow. Still try and get good depth but it’s not quite as important to me, especially considering leg press will usually be my last quad exercise.

Lol at caring about legs
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

What the fuk does that have to do with 'muscle confusion'. Believe it or not, you can do more than one exercise and progressively overload it over time.

Your suggestion is to only do squats on leg days?

Typical brainless response from a 2020 no avi *******.

Reading this while probably doing leg press incorrectly. Srs.

Tbh, I focus on mind muscle connection 1000x more on leg workouts than upper body. I’m more guilty of ego lifting upper
