Anyone use supergreens? Reps

Are they a scam? Legit? I simply just don't get enough greens in my diet. Any recommendations or alternatives?

I’ve taken NutraChamps SuperGreen powder or whatever it’s called, I personally found that my skin seemed to be clearer when I took it, and other people report that it gives them a natural “boost” (like caffeine but without the caffeine), but I didn’t notice this.

Imo, I don’t find it super necessary to take it, but if you can afford it (Usually around 30 bucks for 30 servings) and could use the extra servings of veggies and fruit, then I don’t see why not?

probably mostly snake oil, but also probably still better than eating no veggies.

If it tastes like absolute horrendous sh!t then it’s probably good for you.

That said, I still use a green powder called Roughage from my rep days that I still have tons of. It tastes good and it’s one of the only ones with a great profile I trust.
I probably banged your mom.

a lot of them are just underdosed nonsense so they can throw the name of the vitamin/mineral on the label.

Also its not really a "replacement" per se for vegetables. Theres nothing really amazing about vegetables, most of them really only have 1-2 micronutrients in them in any quantity that is even effective for anything health wise. The "health" aspect of vegetables is way overblown. You get way more nutrients from salmon than you do any vegetable.

amazing grass and revive both make my favorite greens though, best thing about revive is everything is AT LEAST clinically dosed, thats why its so expensive because they dont do any fluff.

I might try the stuff from EVL, since they are a reputable brand.

you're basically buying a **** load of wheat grass, as that is 3/4 of the whole thing. It isnt the worst I have seen but definitely not the best.
