How much vitamin D with short sleeves through open car window?
Let's say I am wearing short sleeves and roll down the window of my car and stick my arm out so that the sun covers like up to my biceps, how much vitamin D are we talking here for like 10 minutes or whatever? I want to stop taking vitamin D supps and instead get it this way because I think it's pretty easy to get like 10k IU naturally this way. I know sunlight through a closed window is not good. I am white but with a Mediterranean complexion, kind of olive skin but not really tan. And say it's full sun, no clouds.
Would kick em in the nuts

Pretty sure exactly 350 IU
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

Read something not long ago that said 30 mids of mid-day sunlight = 10k iu (srs)
seemd like a ton
"Another study found that 30 minutes of midday summer sun exposure in Oslo, Norway was equivalent to consuming 10,000–20,000 IU of vitamin D ( 8 ). The commonly recommended daily dose of vitamin D is 600 IU (15 mcg)"

Do you know if that's like wearing a t-shirt and short pants, or shirtless, or what?
