Can you OD on potassium from food alone?

Or does that only really happen with supplements and things like that lo-salt thing people use on keto?

Let's say I'm healthy with normal kidney function etc. I boil spinach for a few minutes and then eat it, it reduces so much that you can eat a ton of it like nothing. Is there a point where it would actually be dangerous? Not just get me sick from eating too much.
Would kick em in the nuts

Don’t think it would be possible with food. Prob just get some heart palpitations. Honestly though the amount of anti nutrients in things like spinach cause your body to only absorb a small amount. Ocalates, phytates etc

Anti-Nutrients are so much bull****. Phytates alone can be minimized easily with heat and/or acid. That’s why cooked spinach still maintains a lot of potassium and other minerals minus iron but that’s mainly due to type. But you’re right about it being hard with food but hard mainly with low processed food.
I probably banged your mom.

Eat the whole animal like a real man.

if you're in good health, and have good kidneys, then probably no, but it doesn't mean you should start consuming everything with a lot of potassium in sight.
