Anyone else really wish they could relive their college years? (srs)
Maybe I'm just depressed and thinking into the past and my memories are distorted
But I'd give anything to go back in time and do it all over again
After I graduated almost all my friends dispersed to random parts of the country, never to be seen again. Feels like they've moved on with their lifes and maintained continuity. Meanwhile I'm frozen in time, reminiscing about the 'good ol days'

Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

I'm sure everyone wishes they could revert to their childhood while retaining all the knowledge they gained as an adult.
As they say, youth is wasted on the young...

I really only had one or two "good" years. After that I started working while studying to save as much money as I could.
I'm much better off financially as a result, but it came at a serious cost. I neglected a lot of friendships because I assumed they would be there after graduation. I didn't realize that almost everyone would move away.
Sucks because that was it, there's no redo button. Nowhere else will you ever be in such close proximity to people where its as convenient to hangout and party and do stuff

Not really, even though learning and applying that knowledge to score well on exams in classes that interested me was one of the most rewarding experiences. I wasn't the party type though, so I know I missed out on a lot of the social aspects that people say make college the best time.

I didn't try with girls in high school. I thought like... getting good grades was the most important thing. Fukk no. Grades don't even fukkin' matter unless you're trying to get into Princeton or some chit.

TBH if I went back in time I'd just start working sooner, take education more seriously, take the gym a little more seriously, and avoid some bad social decisions lol.
I miss the simplicity of those days, and my general optimism and higher energy/motivation. But I don't miss the lack of money.

Now its not even that I don't think I "could" do anything; I just don't want to. I used to think I would do a PhD one day, travel to different countries, etc
But now nothing interest me anymore. Food, traveling, tv, video games, studying, you name it don't interest me anymore. It's like I just live to work and stare at a wall in the downtime

I also got sucked up into the FIRE (financially independent/retire early) ideology when I was a student, starting to think it has ruined my life
That's single-handedly the reason I worked so much when I was a student, and gave up all kinds of experiences/hobbies cause it meant I would invest less money

Partying until 2am.
Rolling into class at 8am still drunk.
TA doesn't give a **** because he was at the party too.
Hit the gym in the afternoon and hit a new PR.
Start pre drinking at 6pm.
Make it out to the bars by 10pm.
Repeat for the next four years.
Man, glad I went to college before social media was a thing. I'd love to do it over again. I'm a software engineering manager now so life is unquestionably better today but those days of zero responsibility will never come around again.
Went to school for computer science. Had to buckle down a few times for some projects but if you aren't an incel retard it was not a hard major to do well in.

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.
