I've worked in person this entire time IIRC my company only had 1known infection out of like 70 people we're all in a shared work space

this time of year i take none because i get so much sun, but during the winter i take 3-4000IUs a day. any more is too much over time.

plus a lb of lean red meat per day

never got sick after i addressed those two common insufficiencies, and i've shared a bed with a swineflucel and a covidcel and i didn't get a sniffle srs

Will continue to lift, take my multivitamin, get sunlight, and prosper. Never had more than a half-day stomach bug in my entire life, including working with all kinds of sick patients with contagious diseases. During the pandemic I don't know how many rooms I went into with my recycled N95 while the vapotherm oxygen machine blasted particles directly at me, or patients became temporarily disconnected from their vent and blew lung air straight at me. I'll be fine.
