Anyone else use the Steam room/ sauna at the gym?

Absolutely fantastic for when you're tired/ sore/aching, even seems to help breathing a bit.

And when you step out you feel like a million bucks srs. The gym also has cryo therapy which I haven't tried, as well as water massage beds and massage sleeves.

10/10 recommend

I haven't lifted the last three days nursing my messed up forearm. I just come in and use the amenities lol

went into the sauna at my gym first time in years.. it was pretty hnnng srs but its only open at certain locations smh (NY Equinox)

Meh. It just makes me sweat a ridiculous amount and gets me hot before I workout. Not ideal.

Also when I was in the Army I got smoked in one for showing up to work drunk/hungover, so I have bad memories in there. But also a great memory because the friend I got smoked with in there later got killed and so now it's one of those bittersweet memories looking at each other just miserable but also kinda cheeky because we were still buzzed and just fuked two decent looking (good for Kentucky) bishes.

I use to use the sauna and steam room when I use to go to 24 hour fitness, but I've never heard of a gym having cryo therapy. I would love to use cryo therapy if a gym had it.

I have one of those cheap ($150) personal tent ones I use at home. Not as good as the gyms steam room, but much cleaner and I can use it whenever I want. 10/10.
