My feels at the gym , getting depressed

I often get depression

Don't fall into the victimhood narrative perpetuated everywhere nowadays. I started lifting when I was 15 because I was bullied, small, and weak. Instead of being depressed every time I saw some Chad with a hot chick, I used it as inspiration to improve myself because I was hungry to be that kind of person. Nowadays it's pressed into our heads time and time again that we should feel envy/jealousy/hatred to our superiors instead of finding out how to become that person. It's 'participation trophy' mentality becoming worse, where anything that reminds us of our own failures is something to be coped with by stuffing our face or doing drugs instead of working towards betterment even if it takes a long time.

There is a lot you can do, and the people in the gym like that are a very small subset of the overall population.

Thing is 6ft isn't even big now days i wear XXL shirts and i'm 6'1 but i'm still small compared to zoomers and get hair mogged by dudes in their 20's

It's all mindset though because i had the best social life when i didn't care about any of this stuff and just focused on personality

I've been jacked for all of my teens up untill now entering my mid twenties.

The thing is that I understand the things that will make me have th girls I desire are out of my control.
You didn't see me complain about money/cars/house/clothes because those are things I can easily obtain

Also I'm far from a participation trophy person. I have very high standards for myself, and consider myself a loser if I don't fall in the top 5-10 %. That's my issue. I'm not content with not being among the best for the things I care about.

I have had gf. I'm not interested in having a gf. I am pretty much too " red pilled" to have a gf or get married or have kids.

Fair enough. All I can really say is caring about things outside of your control is going to do nothing but make you depressed like this. There are a lot of people with many qualities I lack, or better than me in every way. It is what it is.

You're confusing guys blasting grams of gear per week to guys just doing doses slightly higher than TRT
The main reason I don't drink the juice is the fact that it will most likely exacerbate my hair loss and increase my chances of getting prostate cancer.
Plus, I'm very busy, and I'm sure there's going to be days where I'll be missing shots. Too much of a hassle.

Well, where would you rate yourself on the scale? You got to get some interest from slots with that physique. Of course, to indulge top tier genetic specimen, you have to be a top tier specimen yourself, but plenty of 6-7/10 would give you a chance just on that physique if you have your life together.
