Chauvin clearly failed in his duties as a police officer. Kneeling on a handcuffed man's neck while they stop breathing is murder.

Rittenhouse is a different story altogether. While he displayed bad judgement showing up to a riot, I've watched the video of him shooting those guys and it was clear-cut self-defense.
