Probably back in general. All of it lats, erectors, rhomboids, rear delts. One of the best pieces of advice I ever got in the gym was "If you want to be really big and really strong, don't forget to train the muscles you can't see in the mirror."

Srs.

Acornbrahs need to get on the jelqing.

Impressed as fak if I see a 5"+ beanpole flopping in the locker rooms. Most don't even hang past the balls.

(edit) fuarking wizarded.

Going with backup answer: Hamstrings. Rarely see a good set of hammies.

I don’t know if “under developed” is the word but abs are by far the worst body part of guys

Even a lot of guys with decent muscle clearly have a gut

Dieting is hard apparently.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Forearms are bad fairly often.

Probably core and functional fitness in legs.

Aside from the obvious legs/calves/back etc, one I always notice is how poorly developed most people's rear delts are. How can you have an entire shoulder day and not be hitting them for 1-2 exercises at least?

Do you really find big calves from bodybuilding important?

Top athletes do not always build up their calves. Would you feel embarrassed as an NFL runningback with calves smaller than a bodybuilding standard?

Calves and forearms hands down.

Which is pretty sad cuz those are the visible muscles in a t shirt and shorts so for them to be neglected by people trying to work on aesthetics is kinda self defeating

Like I said...You have the lower body and you have no upper body, you got a problem building...wait a minute. You have the upper body, and you have no legs, you got a problem building your legs. You have the upper...you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, the upper body, it is easier to build. So if you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, it is easier to build the upper body. You have the upper body and you don't have the legs, you got a problem building the lower body... No, you don't understand. You have the upper body, but you don't have the lower body, you got a problem building downstairs. You got the up- legs on the bottom, it is easier to build on the top, so you don't have much as a problem. Yeah.
