Questions about the back pain women with large breasts have from not wearing a bra?

Back and neck pain, right, how long can women go without a bra, before they get back or and neck pain? Is this an issue for topless performers?

Are there workouts that can counter this, like are there muscular/fit women that can go without a bra longer than most girls with large breasts, that aren't fit?

My wife had a reduction a few years ago. It was wearing a bra that was causing the issues with the straps digging in. She didn't like the look of either braless or wider straps. Her Dr convinced the insurance company that a reduction was needed to reduce her head/neck aches, which it did
