Pretty common to feel that way from time to time. The best thing to do is see a therapist and pay them to listen to your sob story. Either that or a close friend or family member, but honestly best to see a professional than burden those close to you who aren’t even trained.

Even if you think you’re totally healthy it’s really good to have someone to talk to and just brain dump anything you might be going through
