I saw a post yesterday asking why the England fans in the stadium were so ugly. Despite being a Brit, it would be delusional of me to deny this statement. The British, or specifically the English, are probably the most ugly nation in Europe and maybe the world.

The British phenotype can be identified by a weak jaw, crooked teeth, receding hairline and big ears. Factor in the growing obesity rate in this country and it makes the British jaw look even weaker.

What causes this phenomenon? The grey climate and soggy cuisine? If you're a British male and still have thick hair, straight teeth and in good shape at 30, you're gonna be in the top 10% attractiveness in most parts of the country.

I have been startled by the beauty of the average woman on dating apps when I've been abroad in Europe and, yes, the USA. It's a natural beauty at that. Cosmetics culture is nowhere near as prominent in these places as they are in Britain, where girls start going on sunbeds multiple times a week from age 16 and have skin like a wallet by the age of 25. As well as the fake lips, layers of make up and tacky tattoos which have all become trendy over the past few decades.

What a cruel irony that a culture so invested in 'beauty' could be so ugly.

i would confidently say its the ugliest nation in europe though yes. to be fair however, the rest of europe makes some really fuking good looking people.

It's weird. There is this typical British look I rarely see in Germany (often tall wide wide hips small shoulders, pale, long face with a narrow jaw, long nose with a roundish ending, dark hair).







That's obviously not all Brits(maybe 1 in 5-6?), but it's not that uncommon.


As for women: I guess it's mostly the British lower class overusing make up and drinking way too much, in way too public places. The trash is just really visible, especially to tourists like I was.

I wonder if the fact that a majority of the alpha males left Britain for the colonies has anything to do with it.

I think you need to distinguish between white/English and Non white British , the first is a race and the second is a nationality and you are talking about the former

I'm in Ireland and we certainly have a higher percentage of good looking people than the USA. I would say the same goes for the UK also. People only think muricans are good looking because they watch US tv shows/movies constantly lol, proper fuking delusion. I've never seen as many fat, ugly, out of shape tramps in my life than when I went to USA. Also not to mention the skinny ones were only skinny because they were fuking junkies lmao.

The USA is wildly different depending on where you go. Completely different heritages in different parts of the country. For example Germans are mostly in the midwest, British and Catholic Irish in the northeast and Scots-Irish (Presbyterian Irish from Ulster) are in the southeast except for south Louisiana which is mostly French

I'm not saying it's good or bad but for some reason I can just tell if someone is English just by looking. It's not inherently better or worse, but it's just a thing I can tell. Scots look more like an average American or average Australian, I guess that would include English Northerners to an extent. Would definitely include the struggling masses and "unwanteds" that were sent or ventured to the colonies, including my ancestors.

The largest ethnicity in America is German, but white Americans have mostly severed ties with their cultural roots. It was actually part of our nation's birth, separating ourselves from our European ancestors. We even went as far as to reject tea in favor of coffee. Many Europeans came here to escape their lives, or they were sent as prisoners and indentured laborers.

You don't really think about what kind of European a white American is, it's just white. That's unless you make a point of maintaining your identity and ties to the "old country". In my family that is German ties, and much older English ties back to the Revolution. Irish Americans also maintain a strong sense of cultural identity in many cases, especially as they were persecuted like the Germans.

That's just a bunch of random ranting about what separates our countries. Ultimately, this is a country that is founded and run by Anglos, rooted in the same tribe that came to rule Britain and eventually the world. But I could still tell an Anglo American from a European Anglo just by looking. It's something in the way we hold our face and just look.

OP being self-deprecating and doing so in a funny way that is amusingly worded is very British. Maybe you think Anglos look bad because it's all you've ever known. You are surrounded by Anglos your whole life, including all of your family members. In America, even back in hyper-segregated days, white people of many different ethnicities lived in the same communities.

My English ancestors were Northerners, but my mom's side were much more recent German immigrants. Not really a language barrier when we all speak American English for the most part.

Thanks for the explanation on what an Ulster Scot is bro. Not something I would have ever knew coming from the same island lol. When I visited I was in cali/sd and there were a massive amount of ugly/fat people. Don't get me wrong.. I seen/met some stunners, but nothing that wouldn't compare with women here. I did consider leaving my old life behind when I met my friends cousin in SD though. She was maybe 7/10 but the accent coupled with the differences in ways of life, mannerisms etc.. legit fell in love with her for a couple days.
