I guess I gotta get people to make appointments.

we have to make alot of calls, emails, and texts.

You don't have to look them in the eye until they arrive, so you'll be fine.

Just rapid speed dial all day and yell "Come on doooooown! hoochie hoochie DEALS DEALS DEALS!" over and over like a carnival barker and you will end up owning the company by the next 2-3 financial quarters.
That's how it all works.
That's how it all works.

Some other ones to try on:
"You are going to DIE... when you see these deals!"
"You have NOTHING... to lose on 0% financing today!"
"Are you ready to KILL... it with these Summer sedans for half price!"
"Sweet JESUS call the POLICE... because these 2021 SUVs are a HOOCHIE HOOCHIE STEAL DEAL."

in all seriousness - the role you are in is a grunt role. its ALL about volume. there are some tricks/tips on cold calling specifically but because you are marketing to consumers (b2c vs. b2b) those really don't apply.
the biggest advice i'll give is DON'T read from a script. If they give you a script, read it, make it your own and make it sound like its YOU saying it not the script.
just pound the phone, emails and texts and the appointments will come. also - if you do well at that, you will learn what pieces of what it takes to succeed at the next role (actually selling as opposed to booking appointments)
source: 12 years in sales, currently enterprise account executive in tech field.
