you guys pay your rent yet?

welp just dropped 1k off in the mailbox so i can keep maintaining life in this 650 sq ft box. will be broke until next paycheck. thats life son.

Yes, auto pay.

I am 26. Planning to keep renting until ~28 at this point tbh. Once my current lease is up I want to try renting in another state for a year or so. And if I like it after learning the way of the land I'll buy a house/condo. Sick of being a rentcel lol.

lol at auto pay. das not it mane. you are giving them permission to take directly from your account. brb they accidently take out rent when you dont even live there anymore and you have to go thru the process of claiming it back.

Sometimes. They work nightshift hours though so most of the time I only hear them on my weekends. I would've preferred living upstairs for the smaller living space but downstairs has access to a garage/laundry room and I have more access to my back yard
