My biggest problem with that movie was the T-1000 essentially disappears after the hospital escape scene. He's irrelevant to the plot til the final showdown. With the T-800 in the original, he was on their tail the whole movie.

Oh yeah, and why doesn't the T-1000 just kill Sarah at the end? He doesn't need her to "call to John," he can literally copy her voice/looks.

The problem is the T-1000 is just terrible at it's job. It had plenty of time to kill John and chose stupid options. Instead of stabbing blindly into the elevator, it could have formed in, half restraining the T-800 and a small portion could have stabbed John. It's liquid, so it's not like any part of it is dedicated to being and arm or a weapon - like when it is fighting "hand to hand" with the T-800 in the hallway and they are holding each other - it could have had a spike come out of it's chest.

And at the end, after it was frozen and shattered, all the parts moved individually which really opens up the possibilities it could have done differently to get John

Hell in the elevator scene it could've just cut the cables to the elevator and have them pummeling down. Even if John survives the fall, they would be trapped.

I bet all those fuking tradies at the steel mill still charged a full 8 hours on their time cards after running away mid shift


could you imagine being the plant manager coming in the next day with the place completely trashed asking the foreman what in the **** happened, did they have another tradie kegger at the plant again? and he tells you no boss, two terminators from the future had a battle to the death over the future of humanity so we had to evacuate the plant and per union agreement everyone still gets paid 8 hours under the natural disasters clause. oh and by the way the entire steel batch is contaminated with some kind of futuristic liquid metal and has to be thrown out because it wont meet spec. owner probably said fuk this and moved the plant to mexico.
