The worst side effect would be for the unvaccinated getting socially scrutinized, shamed and barred out of society and over time killed off when some 'variant' comes around that's designed to take care of the non docile and sub servant demographic that needs to get eradicated before the 'New World' can fully emerge.

All these new variants and breakouts are social pressure and 'warnings' for the folks that aren't vaccinated yet. Who get a metaphorical 'wink' that it will just be a matter of time before the 'real' strain hits and the 'good shepherds' gave them enough time and warning to abide or finally LDAR in death when they stood ground and get killed off.

The new variants are a way for govts to pressure and scare more people into getting the vaccine it seems like. Im still not getting it

If you've had COVID you make antibodies for the rest of your life;

The vaccine is to prevent complications / major hospitalization, you can still get sick.
