first off if you break into someones home you deserve to get shot, that **** cant be tolerated but if she was outside and running away from him there was no threat to him. and man or woman you dont shoot anyone in the back regardless, any man or woman of honor knows that.

was she running away in his house or once outside? if outside he could very well be brought up on charges even in a stand your ground state.

always remember. Knowing when to shoot is a good test but knowing when not to shoot is equally as important
