My wife already made him agree I sleep in the master bedroom and park in the garage. We will leave him the servant's quarters where he can show up to take care of my kids for free when I demand him to. My wife said she would pay some nominal amount for utilities and things so we can claim ownership if he ever tries a legal argument. We would probably earn the right to stay for at least a year at the tiny rate after he starts any legal battle.
