Anyone else freak out when you see old people? (srs)
It's cause it reminds me I'll be old one day too and I see myself as them
And I imagine myself knowing I could die any day now, there's no more chances, there's no redoing your youth, your life has been lived
When I was a kid it didn't bother me cause time felt infinite and anything felt possible, but now you know the sands of time are coming to an end eventually
Fight or flight response, heart racing, tunnel vision and nauseous like I'm being walked into a slaughterhouse and I want to escape

Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

Youth has been a roller coaster for me, not the carefree and easy breezy daydream that people yearn for.
I am just getting started on my long term goals in life, I will fall into old age like a big leather armchair at the end of a long day.
But I am just beginning to really make the most of my life. There are still several decades of work to fulfill the visions I have for the future.

Yeah pretty much, although it motivates me to stay active both physically and mentally/cognitively. I also try to take good care of my skin and hair. Life is way shorter than many of us realize, time flys, and these old people were young not so long ago.

Doubtful that I'll reach an age where I look like that. Likely will be dead by 70.

Instead of worrying about life's natural process you should be grateful to live long enough to reach old age; many don't
