How is this term controversial

I bet there is not one Black miscer that cares about that phrase

True story:

Saw three stooges in my local town still randomly shilling for BLM - they must not have gotten the memo we've stopped caring.
Anyway, spoiler alert, they're all white. Two looked affluent - go figure. The other looked like your stereotypical neckbeard gamer.
All three fit additional stereotypes:
> Affluent couple male stood there with a smug self-righteous look on his face in his kaki shorts and ball cap he probably purchased at a beach town mini mart.
> Affluent couple female was all done up dancing with her sign to showcase the true depths of her mental disorder... I mean, her virtue.
> Neckbeard, of course, had the most autist sign, which read: Normalize Blackness
